  • - This guy spent a lot of effort perfecting his pizza. I think his pizza dough tips will help my bread making, too. I want to refer back to his thoughts on autolysing, resting and leaving in the refrigerator for multiple days. I also might want to refer to this for getting sourdough starter.
  • Bread proving notes and demo photos - plus the idea of putting some dough in a measuring cup to get a more precise idea of how much the dough is expanding.
