I ate all the rice. I want the veggies smaller next time and a little more moisture in the rice, but those are just small adjustments. I'll also need to learn to use my chicken base; the first pot I used canned chicken broth since I had some in the back of the pantry. Both the broth and base are seasoned, so I'll probably want to adjust some based on that. But anyway, I can make yummy rice.
I need to take and organize notes on what I'm learning. I remember putting lemon juice into something Saturday but forget if it was the béchamel, Alfredo or ricotta. I think it was the ricotta...yeah, because I juiced the lemon on the prep table and not by the stovetop.
